9/11/2023 0 Comments Skyscraper ride branson![]() We should have just stuck with 1 round of go carts each. However, that does not help people decide when to come to your facility. I’m sure they had reasons for closing & not opening both locations. Nothing can be done for us except to keep up with 3 tiny rain check tickets until we come back to Branson some day. Next day-we arrive at the other location at 6:45pm & told they’re closing at 7pm instead of the 10pm we were told & posted on Google & their website. We decided to give it another shot the next day. Because we had ridden 3 things there for the day, he was only going to give a $50 refund or we could have passes for the following day for both parks. We drive back to the original one & was just told the other location wasn’t open. Google & their website said it was open, but it was not open. It sounded like a good deal to do the multiple go cart tracks & the other place even had putt putt! Imagine our surprise when we went to the other park that evening & it was not open. We were told the park we were at was the only one open that morning & that the Ferris wheel opened at noon & the other park 5-10pm. We started the day at one of the tracks & decided to buy the multi park pass for $49.99 each. But after the last stand on the bumper boats unfolded in front of my 4 YEAR OLD.I think we will pass. We thought the morning session had been a fluke, and discussed passes for future visits as we visit Branson quite frequently. To preface this, we watched a special needs woman fall out of her boat and into the water with no offer of assistance by any employee. There is no reason for this type of behavior to not be tampered before it gets out of hand, at a kids park. To highlight our visit, this same employee lost complete control of the bumper boats as two families were loudly fighting, which those of us standing on the deck could see happening on the water. ![]() She complained of her legs hurting and seemed put out by the children wanting to ride. The employee he roused had the personality of a wet mop as she trudged over to the track. After some time my husband had to go get one to operate the ride. ABSOLUTE DISASTER! Approximately 5 employees stood by the train ride talking while we waited by the kiddie go-carts. They were exceptionally fun and we should have stayed all day with them in hindsight.Īfter leaving for lunch, shopping and a nap, we returned to track 3 for some early evening fun around 6 pm. They were helpful with our son and eager to get him on rides. I have to say that these three really turned it around for us. ![]() Next we went to Track 3 where we were met by 3 very lovely and enthusiastic young girls. The 4 year old boy was extremely exited about the water gun on the boat and accidentally hit the sullen worker who demanded he (the 4 year old) not spray her. With no explanation by her other than snarc about what could have happened, we resolved it in the arcade and went back. When she ran our pass she hastily told us that we did not have enough credit on it even though we had paid for the heavy metal high rise and the bumper boats. When he and his Dad went to ride the bumper boats we had to have a maintenance man go wrangle one of the teens sunning themselves on the kiddie rides to operate it. After he had ridden the cups/saucers spinning ride and the toddler ferris wheel he went on the heavy metal highrise with his Dad where the worker charged our pass for his guest ride, even though he had an arm band. ![]() We found all three young employees laying on the ride my son wanted to ride, sunning themselves. We purchased our child’s day pass at the arcade on Track 3 and went promptly to the child’s rides at the same track. We visited on Tuesday, June 16 with high hopes for a fun way to entertain our 4 year old boy. ![]()
